Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access the full hqe2 platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian mobile number. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the hqe2 platform.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. hqe2 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any unofficial channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. hqe2 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All hqe2 users must comply with the following rules when using the platform.
- Using only your personal account for all transactions
- Providing valid proof of identity when requested
- Using the platform for lawful entertainment and betting purposes
- Complying with all applicable betting and deposit limits
- Contacting customer support via the provided channels
- Fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities
- Using bots, automation, or third-party tools without permission
- Sharing or transferring accounts to others
- Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for unlawful gain
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the hqe2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including FPX, bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful payment confirmation. For withdrawals, processing times vary depending on your chosen method and are generally completed within 1 to 3 business days.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. hqe2 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity. In such cases, hqe2 may require users to submit identity verification documents before any payment is processed. All deposits are subject to applicable bonus and wagering requirements as stated in the current promotional terms.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

Hqe2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or betting outcomes. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and hqe2 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. hqe2's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Hqe2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation. Account suspension may also occur while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms breach may not be entitled to claim any remaining balance, subject to the outcome of the investigation. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
